Inspired by the existing Richmond Auto Mall and eager to replicate its success, Surrey embraced the concept, resulting in the fastest zoning approval process the city had seen - just two months. This swift approval paved the way for rapid development and delivery, showcasing SwissReal's capacity to drive projects forward efficiently.
