FRANZ GEHRIGER , a native of Switzerland who has spent the last 20 years living between Europe and Canada. Franz Gehriger provides proficiency in many facets of international real estate investment, management and finance. He studied at the famous Swiss Business University of St. Gallen, and in Canada at the University of British Columbia. As captain in the Swiss Army, he received excellent leadership training. In the late 1970's he was employed with a large Swiss bank with responsibilities in international financing and taxation. In the 1980's he became President of Polaris Realty (Canada) Ltd.

In 1984, Mr. Gehriger founded Swissreal Investments Ltd. ; and subsequent to completing real estate courses at the University of British Columbia, he received the real estate license.

Diana E. Gehriger has been a part of the Swissreal team since 2000. Her main responsibilities with the company are administration and property management. She is supervising the management of apartment, office, retail and industrial buildings.

Diana is a native of Toronto but spent much time in Switzerland as well as Germany where she studied lighting design at one of the top lighting manufacturing firms in Germany as well as being mentored by one of Europe 's foremost lighting designers. With this knowledge, Diana and other partners including her husband Victor Quezada are involved in ‘LLS-Lux Lighting Solutions Inc.'(www.lls-light.com ), which share the showroom and light planning offices with Swissreal.

Prior to her joining Swissreal, Diana spent many years working in the film industry as an Assistant Director and a Personal Assistant in both in Vancouver and Los Angeles . She also attended Simon Fraser University in British Columbia where she studied Art History as well as the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA) where she studied Creative Writing.

Diana's diverse background makes her a great asset to Swissreal Investments Ltd.

Aleli Acupan is the newest member of the Swissreal Investment Ltd family having been employed in April,2006.

She brought with her a wealth of working experience spanning from Southeast Asia to North America . Lels, as she is fondly called is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and used to be a Branch Manager of China Banking Corporation, Manila, Philippines until she opted to settle down in Vancouver as immigrant in 1999.

With a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, major in Accounting, she spent the last 6 years in accountancy-related tasks such as bookkeeping, account administration and real estate property administration.

Aleli's highly flexible personality and strong commitment outlook assures everyone of "Total Quality Service" - traits that mark her 25 years of employment record.

Rebecca R. Gehriger has been a part of the Swissreal team since 2006. Her main responsibilities with the company are administration and assistant property management.

Rebecca is a native of Vancouver but has spent much time living and working abroad in both England and Switzerland.

Prior to joining Swissreal, Rebecca spent many years in the Fitness and nutrition industry. Teaching group fitness classes, Personal training and nutrition counseling has now become her Part Time passion as she works towards her Property Management license at the UBC.
